What are profile pages?
The calendar sets up pages for all departments, giving visitors access to more information, such as the website, a photo, social media links, and a short description of the department and the types of events they host. This is what site visitors see when they click on the name of the department in the event listing.
Why populate your profile page?
You can use this page to build an audience of interested event-goers, and students or faculty can “follow” you so that they will be notified when you post new event listings.
To edit your page:
- Find your department from the “live” list.
- Edit your department profile.
- Click “Save Changes.”
